Established in 2011, Yorkshire Heart is based at Nun Monkton, which is near York. Adjacent to the Yorkshire Heart vineyard and winery, run by the same family, it has its own natural spring. The brewery utlilises a 12-barrel plant to produce cask and bottled ales, which can be found around pubs in Yorkshire.
