Description

Formed in 2018 after owner and brewer Gregg Ellar left investment banking to turn his brewing hobby into a business. All beers are brewed, bottled and labelled by hand, and the home-based nano kit, containing many components built by the brewer himself, claims to be the smallest commercial brewery in the UK. All beers are bottle-conditioned and sold direct to local customers via the website and nearby farmers' markets.
