Description

In 2017 three friends set up this specialist lager brewery on Braybrooke Farm, outside Market Harborough. Made using Bavarian lager yeast, German malt (milled onsite) and German hops, the beer is fermented more slowly at a lower temperature and then matured for 30 days. The bottles are unfiltered, unpasteurised and vegan.
Currently, we don’t have information on beers produced by this brewery. But don't worry! Our amazing volunteers work tirelessly to gather and update our database.
