Large pub with an opened out interior, now the only pub in the village centre. Large beer garden with tables outside the front and quoits pitch to one side. Bunk barn a few doors up the road caters for Coast to Coast walkers.

New tenants moved in in November 2023, and brought handpumps back. Overnight camper van parking available.
