Town pub in a side street just off Bedale’s main street. Decorated in a ‘rustic’ style with bare stone and brick walls and wood floor, and opened out into three main drinking areas. Pleasant beer garden to the rear.

Taken over by Admiral Taverns on October 2024. Under the new ownership appears to be aiming more for the younger end of the market.
