Prairie Fire is the first site to open in Transport For London’s new Wood Lane railway arches development. Prairie Fire is an American barbecue concept which has taken over two archways, one housing a 75-cover restaurant offering barbecue-style smoked meat, burgers and sandwiches and the other a taproom featuring a rotating selection of London craft beer and monthly tap takeovers. The overall 1,700 square foot venue "combines American diner culture with the heritage of London’s railway stations". The taproom offers 16 keg beers and a 30-cover terrace. Click & collect, and delivery options are available.
