This is part of the 8 Eaton Lane development: "42 luxury residences with world-class amenities including pool, gym and private cinema room, plus 7 ground floor retail and leisure units."

Previously the Caffe Reale and, before that, a branch of the NatWest Bank, the current wine bar opened in about 2012 and was relaunched in 2017 following a refurbishment, providing private spaces in the former vaults in the basement and access to a garden room. Outside tables are also to be found on the pavement in suitable weather.

Predominantly a "wine and bites" bar, Asahi and possibly other draught keg beers are provided on tap. The venue is a sister to the Maverick nearby.

Note that alcohol is not for sale earlier than 10am Monday to Saturday or noon on Sunday.
