A modern back street pub with attractive bay windows and polished wood floor The Talbot is a 1960 replacement for its bomb damaged 1825 predecessor, proudly displaying the talbot (dog) emblem. There's an enclosed outside drinking area. Beers are expensive even for the area but the pub serves equally as a restaurant.
