Welcoming pub just off the M25, popular with walkers, cyclists, locals and real ale enthusiasts. It has historic connections to the Chartists who had a short-lived rural community nearby. Up to six microbrewery beers are usually offered and cover a range of styles and strengths. Real ciders and a range of malt whiskies are stocked. Beer festivals, tastings and charity events are held throughout the year. Bar snacks are available all day. There is a large outside pavilion for families.
