This addition to the local beer scene is aimed squarely at the beer enthusiast. There is a small bar with a seating area off it while a further two rooms are upstairs. The decor is traditional with exposed stonework, tiled and wooden floors, and low beams. The entrance courtyard is a pleasant suntrap on a sunny day. Food is not served but customers are welcome to bring their own. The Coach brewpub in Bridgend is under the same ownership.
