Unique former S&N pub. Camra Tyneside pub of the year 2013. Wonderful views of the Tyne bridges and Newcastle and Gateshead quaysides. Up to nine beers and five ciders are available on the bar with cellar runs being willingly offered. Interesting beers come from far and wide including an extensive range of foreign bottled beers Service is smiling, friendly and knowledgeable. The juke box is classic and free, the food is tasty sandwiches from a local delicatessen. Excellent beer garden.
