Kentish Horse, Markbeech

Directions

You want to visit - You have this in

The pub and adjacent church form the heart of this rural village. Located high on the Weald, the spacious garden, which incorporates a large children’s play area, affords fine views towards the Ashdown Forest. Despite its apparent isolation Cowden railway station is but a mile away. A warm welcome is assured from the jovial landlord. No food Sunday to Wednesday evenings. Folk Music on the second Sunday of each month. There is occasional live music at other times.
