The Crown Inn is a 16th-Century traditional family pub at the very heart of village life. The pub also operates as a shop where you can purchase essential groceries and newspapers. The pub has flagstone flooring, exposed oak beams and various trinkets adorning the walls. There are 2 bar areas one with a splendid fireplace and a tropical fish tank in the other. There is a skittle alley at the rear which can also be used as a function room.

There is a comprehensive food menu of popular pub favourites with a large proportion being homemade. There is also a fish-and-chip takeaway. There is a popular quiz on a Wednesday & Sunday.
