Abandon normal attitudes as you step through the door of this eccentric establishment (the inverted pub sign on the wall should have warned you). Dogs, muddy boots and children are all welcome.

There are a couple of ales on a stillage behind the bar and real cider to quench thirsts but food is restricted to, mainly, a variety of pizzas, a fish and chip van on a Saturday and a Sunday roast.

The pub is a big music venue with the last Thursday of every month being open mic night and live music usually at the weekends.
