Originally dating from 1661, this freehouse & restaurant is situated in the unspoilt Somerset village of Howley, right in the heart of the Blackdown Hills.

The Howley Tavern is a family run freehouse & restaurant. Outside there is plenty of car parking and from the gardens and patio you will experience some of the most fantastic views across the Yarty Valley; designated an area of outstanding natural beauty.

There is also a large childrens play area overlooked by the Beer Garden, so you can enjoy a quiet drink but still keep an eye on the kids.
