The Crown is set in the middle of the village opposite the duck pond guarded by a Dalek standing outside. At the heart of the local community, it has a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The main bar is stylishly refurbished with a welcoming fire in winter. Four real ales are available including two interesting changing guests. The separate restaurant serves freshly prepared food made from local produce.

Accommodation is available in five en-suite bedrooms.

Plenty of events including Quiz night on Tuesday, Crib on Wednesday’s. Music including Open Mic and Karaoke sessions. Please see their website or Facebook page for details.
