This bar cum Thai restaurant offers real ale on two handpumps. Usually Dark Star Hophead and a guest, (often Redemption).

They also serve a wide range of keg and bottled beers, including London specialities, including Farnham Brew - the owner's brewery).

The pub is popular with commuters from the adjacent Balham Station whose trains have been delayed or cancelled, or even when they aren't. No garden but tables outside on the pavement on the main road outside.
