New Roker bar converted from a car dealership. The pub is open daily from 9am for breakfasts, although alcohol not served until 11am. All day brunch till 4pm. There are two handpulls available , regular is Timothy Taylor Landlord and at last visit in March 2025 the second choice was Maxim Double Maxim The bar is in an island position with seating to the left, rear and right of the pub. Note the large lit These Things Happen sign. At the rear are steps leading up to a balcony overlooking Roker Harbour. Note most midweek nights pub closes at 8.30pm

There is car parking outside and the E1 bus stop to Sunderland and South Shields in close by.
