Former Vaux pub located near Cleadon. The entire pub front is a conservatory for diners. There are two bars. As the name suggests, model ships and boats are dotted around the place to give the pub a nautical theme. . Food served every day with Sunday being a carvery. There is a large beer garden at the back of the pub

There are fine views from the front of the pub looking west. . NOTE on Bank Holiday Mondays pub open 11- 11 with meals served 12 - 4pm. Regular buses to South Shields and Sunderland stop nearby.
