This Pub is Permanently Closed

The premises were converted from a former chemists shop and opened in December 2005 as the Paddock by the Barrcuda Pub Company. Following further refurbishment in 2007 it was renamed the Acadamy. Leased to the Sozzled Pub Co & renamed the Sozzled Sausage in 2011 but almost immediately put up for sale. Closed when the Bramwell Pub Co went into administration on the 31st October 2013 and put up for sale by the administrators.Reopened as Manhattan's and Society Bar as a late night disco venue. Only open Friday and saturday from 9.30pm to 3.15 am. No real ale served.
