This Pub is Closed Long Term

Trading as H Bar since 2022 the pub closed in January 2026 due to insolvency.

Formerly a traditional pub called the Cannon built in 1844 and served as the tap for the Cannon Brewery. After a number years as Keystone, the pub reverted to its original name in 2017 but latterly has become a student hang out and nightclub with regular DJ sets into the early morning. Food is available in conjunction with Hungry Boys.
