This Pub is Permanently Closed
Pub closed in January 2017 as part of Fullers disposal programme of wet-led pubs. In July 2017 a planning application was submitted to convert the building into flats, this was approved in November 2017.
The Freeholders had been a moderately sized street corner pub in the back streets of Farncombe. The pub had a large main bar and had been extended to include former cottages, roughly 100 years old. Upstairs was a separate live music venue known as the Farncombe Cavern.
