A large railway arch on what has become known as the Bermondsey Beer Mile. Formerly owned by Moor Brewery, where it was used a storage facility for Moor Brewery's barrel ageing project, but also a useful London base and Tap Room outlet. In January 2026, the venue was re-opened as the Blue Monk, and hosted live music and gigs.

Re-opened again in October 2026 as The Volley South, a sports bar and sister venue to The Volley in Old Street.
