This Pub is Permanently Closed

Former Barleycorn Club that reopened under new ownership as a real ale pub in late May 2021, following extensive refurbishment. In a former mining town that had become a real ale desert. A very welcome return for real ale in the area. Also sells wines and Gin. Closed in June 2022 and put on the market. Application to change into nine flats made to RMBC on 1st of December 2022 by new owne. This was granted conditionally on 3/4/2023..
