This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

French style cafe, part of a national chain, which had a strong emphasis on food, which was served all day. The building used to be Murray's Wine Bar, well known for its real ales, in the 1980s. Cafe Rouge closed July 2019.
