This Pub is Permanently Closed
The Crown was a friendly 16th century village pub with a pleasant garden. The large bar was split into a public and a lounge area with the public area containing a dart board. Formerly a Courage pub, it became a Morland pub in the 1990s. It ended its days tied to Greene King who closed it in 2012. It has now been converted to housing.
