Country pub popular with locals and visitors alike. Friendly public bar with an open fire and television. It has a large lounge, dominated by a pool table. Outside is a garden & play area for children.Darts are played on two seperate boards in the bar. The pub hosts three footbal teams, ladies & gents darts teams & two pool teams. Cobs are available everyday and dogs are always welcome. Occasional live music.

Small village pub that was last refurbished in 1960s. Front bar has lino floor, dado panelling, bar counter, fixed seating that looks 60s in style with a baffle either side of the front door, brick fireplace could be from the 1960s and there are some red Formica top tables. The rear bar has another 1960 bar counter, bar back difficult to date as is the fixed seating. Whilst undistinguished, the style is rare as most items of this date have been ripped out of pubs.
