This Pub is Closed Long Term

Very smartly refurbished throughout, this sixteenth century village local caters for both diners and drinkers alike, and reopened on Saturday 3rd June 2017. Three real ales are on offer, with Dartmoor Jail Ale being supplemented with Doom Bar and Skinners Trawlerman. Diners can choose from the A La Carte menu, or traditional pub fayre.

The pub closed it's doors August 2019 and still remains closed March 2024.

Planning application 1134/16/FUL, Dartmoor Union, Fore Street, Holbeton, PL8 1NE, Conversion of an existing Public House into 5 flats (mix of 1 and 2 bed) and the creation of two new residential units (3 bed each). Outcome: Withdrawn 21/02/2017.
