The main building of the pub was originally three 16th Century cottages before being joined together and converted. The cosy interior features exposed stonework. Pleasant low lighting and open log fires. Following a welcome change of landlord in April 2025 there is now a resident chef in place, an extensive menu and accompanying choice of half-decent wines to complement the ales on offer. Regular village quiz & open mic nights are always well supported. There is no pub accommodation available at present, but adjacent cottages are available for holiday lettings.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 2 regular beers.
