The Bell is in the heart of the pedestrian area of Bicester. Inside this traditional 18th-century inn are stone floors, an inglenook fireplace and wooden tables and chairs. There are two rooms, the smaller mainly used as a games room and the larger houses three handpumps serving a changing selection of varied beers, often from local breweries. There is a beer garden.
Music plays a big part at the pub with local bands every Friday night and most Saturdays. There is also a quiz night every Monday. No food is served but snacks are available behind the bar.
