A pub since 1774 and possibly the 1750s, a large stone-built pub, with an open plan dining area internally and large garden.

Closed suddenly September 2025. Leaseholder wound up and liquidator appointed 8 Nov. No sign of activity. Not to let on GK web site and no planning application at 25 Jan.
