Former British Legion Club converted in 2011 to become a Castle Rock pub and café. It has a large main bar with a raised area and a family area (children welcome until 9pm) with a café bar, all with a homely, welcoming feel. A large upstairs function room features a folk club and other local events, and the beer garden overlooks a former bowling green and tennis courts. 12 handpumps dispense the Castle Rock beers plus guests, often from new breweries. 12 craft keg lines plus lager and cider. The car park now has two EV charging points.
