This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.
Originally two buildings - Pegasus Snooker and a pub initially called the Friendly Tavern from at least 1832. For many years the pub was The Flying Horse, and was Nottingham CAMRA 2012 LocAle Pub of the Year - but closed in April 2015. Now converted to primarily a Steakhouse restaurant, with a bar, but real ale continues to be served, and are generally from the Marston's Range although sometimes local beers appear (Nottingham Brewery).
