The hotel has a bar / lounge open to the public.

Large and impressive looking traditional pub offering cask ale, food, and hotel accommodation. Open to walk in guests, there are plenty of seating options in the large open plan L-shaped room, with the restaurant seating area mostly being on the left on entry & the drinking area to the right, a long serving bar runs most of the length of the room. There are three cask handpumps in the centre of the bar facing the main entrance, but only one may be in use in quiet periods. Bingo is held on Thursdays and Quiz night on Sundays.

Step free access into the pub is via a curved, paved ramp to the side of the central, main entrance. Most of the pub is step free throughout, except for a small raised seating area in the end of the drinking side. An accessible toilet is immediately next to the main door, facing the bar. Accessible parking is immediately in front of the main entrance.
