A large detached public house at the Western end of the town, which reopened in May 2023 after being closed for a while. A central entrance porch faces a large central “U” shaped bar, in this open plan pub. The interior is bright and airy. To the left of the bar is an open fireplace, and some leather sofas, plus a pool table. To the right of the bar is a carvery unit and seating. There is also a lower ground floor function room with its own bar. A range of meals are on offer.
