This Pub is Permanently Closed

Demolished c.26/3/2006, site is now housing. Planning Application 083189/FO/2007/S2 | Erection of a part 2 to part 4 storey apartment block to form a total of 32 apartments, with associated landscaping and undercroft parking for 32 vehicles. Granted 28/9/2007.

History: Built c.1962 as a large, multi-roomed Tetley estate house, set on a corner plot. In the 1990s it became a Burtonwood house, selling their cask mild and bitter.
