This Pub is Permanently Closed

Sports trust decided to close bar but that part of the leisure centre has now been demolished and rebuilt.

Previous description:

Now run by a community trust. You can keep fit, develop and assuage a thirst all in the same building. The leisure centre bar is open to all, not just those participating in sporting activities. Beers usually include one from GreyHawk's range plus one or two from microbreweries. Walls decorated with posters and pump clips from previous beers which helps to create a pub atmosphere, as does the dartboard. Five minutes walk from Congleton Bus Station.

Open till 11pm on week-day nights in Summer.
