Local community pub. Staff says very little demand for cask conditioned beer, which is available from one hand pump but on the survey visit wasn't too good. Friendly and welcoming pub. Family friendly. On entering the pub the lounge is on the right, public bar on the left. The lounge bar contains the main bar area with comfortable wall and table seating. Gaming machine is prominent and juke box and big screen TV in here too. Public bar is dominated by pool table, TV and juke box in here, seating on bar stools and chairs. From the lounge bar a door leads out to a beer garden and heated, covered area for smokers. Evening meals served Thursday & Sunday evening.

NOTE This is one of two pubs called The Flower Pot in Macclesfield, the other (unrelated) one is Congleton Road.
