The Anchor is situated in the centre of a small village within easy reach of Leicester and Nottingham via the A46. It is a popular venue for locals as well as the many walkers, with or without their dogs, who stop for a well-earned rest and a pint or two. Outside is an elevated seating area to the front and a garden and large car park to the rear.
