Stone built village pub with single bar and three distinct drinking areas. The pub plays a significant role in village life with the Whittle football and cricket teams based in and supported by the landlord. The annual charity duck race is also supported by the pub.

Wainwright and Doom Bar are the regular cask ales with one changing beer from the Admiral range.
