This Pub is Permanently Closed
Historic pub closed for conversion to residential. A sad loss for Bewdley.
Previously:
Worth making the very short walk from Bewdley centre, this historic pub offers a range of local and other beers. The Cordon Bleu chef offers a Russian and English menu freshly prepared 7 days a week - no microwave used. This Grade II listed pub has beams and open fires, no piped music and stores bikes (Route 45) and fishing tackle for guests. There's a luggage service for Severn, Geopark & Worcestershire Way walkers - ring for details. Quiz night on Tuesdays. Three and sometimes four real ales and three ciders are usually available in this CAMRA accredited Real Cider pub. Interesting old pictures of Bewdley in the lower lounge.
