The Hurst Arms is a traditional Victorian Eastbourne pub in the heart of Ocklynge about a mile from the town centre and close to the Old Town with a welcoming atmosphere and four handpumps serving a rotating selection of quality real ales. It features two gardens: a front garden perfect for soaking up the sun, and a covered, heated rear area suitable for smokers. Inside, enjoy classic pub comforts with pool, darts, and friendly service. A true local gem where great beer meets relaxed, old-school charm. No meals are served, but sausage rolls and pasties are available all day.

Lounge has a classic 1950s counter front, bar back 50/60s with some glass shelves and similar to bar one, fireplace difficult to date, seating possibly 1960/70s.
