The Art House looks like a cafe downstairs with several small tables with chairs. Upstairs tends to be used by clubs for small get-togethers - the blackboard or website lists these.

A community-run, not-for-profit café, venue, and gallery in central Southampton. All beers and ciders sold are suitable for vegans, with many of these being organic. Bottle Conditioned real ale may sometimes be available, but in its later years before closing in March 2023 it only had a small selection of beers in its fridge compared to how it was run several years before.

The food served uses organic, locally-sourced products where possible, and has an extensive gluten-free and vegan-friendly selection.

The venue is decorated with art and crafts. Live bands play regularly, and these are ticketed events - please check the venue's events schedule before travelling.
