1930s roadhouse/estate style pub. The main bar area is comfortably furnished with carpets and lounge chairs, to the right is a 'sports' area with pool table & TV, and the left is has tables & chairs mostly laid out for dining. The pub is a mile out from the main tourist area among the residential & industrial estates. The name derives from the aerospace factory opposite that used to produce assemblies for the Harrier & Hawk aircraft, and before that complete aircraft such as the Gnat (once of Red Arrows fame), an example of which is displayed opposite. September 2013 - plans put in for demolition & replacement with retirement flats. Consent given reluctantly as alternative was Enterprise would convert it to a shop anyway without needing permission.
