Situated beside the A58 the pub is newly refurbished with stone floors to the entrance and bar areas. Upon entering the bar is to the right and to the left is a pool table and dartboard. The bar has six handpumps of which one or two are usually in use. Live music is performed on a regular basis with Karaoke on a Sunday evening.

Historic Interest

There is a small floor area is displayed showing the BYB (Bentleys Yorkshire Breweries) logo. Similarly, there are three original BYB window panes, preserved in frames around the pub.
