Formerly the Laffin Pig, the pub changed its name to Gresham House Inn, its original name, when it was taken over in June 2011. It is a friendly back street boozer, situated 200 metres from the river that runs through The Lawn with the famous Dawlish black swans. A microbrewery is in the process of being built and should be in operation by Autumn 2022.
This Pub serves 3 changing beers (One is often called Devil's Footprint, brewed for the pub by Teignmouth Brewery) and 0 regular beers.
