A bar & restaurant on Bawtry High Street. Two handpumps dispensing cask ale. There’s also a substantial whisky and bourbon library. Families are welcome ‘til 9 pm. From December 2025 now part of the Bull & Lobster company, with sister pubs in Howden and Retford. Opens at 9am with breakfast served from 0930. The kitchen closes 9pm. Licenced from 11am. Full menu available with additional Sunday lunch menu. Timothy Taylor Landlord is a regular cask ale and one changing ale, including seasonal specials. From April 2026 a separate sports bar has opened (The Bull Pen Sports Bar). This features sports TV along with pool & darts. Cask ales may be taken through from the lounge bar.
