This Pub is Permanently Closed

Picturesque pub with a traditional interior on two levels where occasional live music events were held. However the pub closed in September 2014 and interior redevelopment took place without planning permission. The Asset of Community Value status granted by Croydon Council in January 2016 covers only the ground floor, basement and outside areas.

Planning application 15/03553/P (conversion to housing) was allowed on appeal on 20 February 2017
