14th century building once part of the Whitefriars monastery, subsequently a butcher's shop before being renovated and made into a pub. The small front room used to be a kitchen used by the friars, now with a welcoming fire in the winter months. Upstairs room worth viewing for the mural on the wall and uneven floors!
