Known as the Sun Inn until 1984, this is a cosy pub dating at least from the 19th century and possibly the 14th, with beamed ceiling and retaining a bar floor of original slate. There is one ever-changing guest ale normally available. The pub rear has fine views over the Tamar valley, while St Mellion International Golf Club is nearby. Food is generally available during opening hours except Monday lunchtime; Sunday roasts are offered and there is an occasional curry night. Darts and pool teams are supported, and live entertainment is confined to karaoke or bands occasionally at weekends, and the occasional quiz night. Buses stop outside the door.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 2 regular beers.
